I missed that blank, though I did state at a glance. Regardless, this will be a highly competitive field and prices will likely continue to fall. sf

Assuming similiar quality (may be a bad assumption) 7 cents a minute phone2phone is pretty darn cheap, though as you note only currently available in a handful of cities. If I were to guess this changes fast, about as fast as other competitiors pop up. The PC2Phone $10 a month unlimited US access is also likely to be an eye-grabber. I bet there will be phone2phone available throughout the US for under 5 cents a minute by end of year, and would expect the competition to really heat up on international rates. sf
