Looka at a weekly chart of the osx leaders. SLB and SII for example. Each is over 10% of osx components. Both are at major resistance levels on the weekly chart. 49 for SII and 66ish for SLB. SLB has failed for two weeks to break 66 and this week may be do or die. SLB must close this week strong at 67-68 and SII at 50+ for the rally to continue, IMO. OPEC complianxw #s come out the 3rd week of May, I think.
