MCDOUGAL/FLYNT LAP DANCE AT WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENTS DINNER

Susan McDougal, the recently acquitted object of Kenneth Starr's Arkansas Whitewater prosecution, attended last night's White House Correspondents Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton as a free woman and was seen by those in attendance sitting on HUSTLER publisher Larry Flynt's lap, getting it on, whispering into the pornographer's ear.

In a move that shocked scandal watchers, Betty Currie was a guest of NEWSWEAK magazine -- the magazine that covered in great detail the White House secretary's controversial involvement in the Lewinsky scandal.

Attendees described the NEWSWEAK table as a ground zero of the Lewinsky scandal grand finale.

NEWSWEAK, which was the fourteenth news outlet to report Lewinsky back in January '98, saw its Michael Isikoff receive the evening's top award for "breaking the story".

It was mouthpieces and microphones, bread and butter and fish and chips, sources with reporters, Brian Williams taking the orders, one big family celebrating the year of their lives...
