WINR should be at $10.00 by the end of 1999. The Cubs do not have enough pitching. Kerry Wood being out for the year severly hurts them. It will be the Mets and the Giants in the NL Wildcard Playoffs.
The World Series will be Atlanta vs. Yankees.
