AFTER THE BELL - IBM slightly higher

NEW YORK, May 3 (Reuters) - International Business Machines Corp traded at 213 in Monday's after-hours session, rising 3/4 from the regular close.

Comdisco Inc said it agreed to sell its mainframe computer leasing portfolio to IBM Credit Corp, the financing arm of IBM. Terms were not disclosed.

Comdisco traded at 27-1/2, up 5/8 from the regular close.

IBM had gained 3-1/16 in the regular session which saw the Dow industrials rise 225 points to break through 11000 for the first time and close at 11015. IBM is one of the 30 component stocks of the Dow,

The New York Stock Exchange said after-hours session one volume was 1,584,000 shares compared with 2,176,000 on Friday. Session two volume was 4,234,422 shares compared with 9,527,814 on Friday.
