K,
Your definitions are right on target. I'm hoping the pull back turns into a correction. Everything I want to buy appears to be high right now. I'm looking to do something a little different from my normal bottom fishing. Maybe a little patient market timing this time.

Off to catch the news.

K,
I thought about the "pullback" in relationship to the DOW 11,000. 10% would take us back to 9,900. 1,100 points is a lot of points. I can remember when that would have been a crash. Now it is a "pullback" and not even a correction. A correction would take us back to 8,800 or 2,200 points. I can remember when the DOW wasn't 2,200. No wonder I had my terms confused. I was thinking about a drop to around 10,000 if some one yelled fire in the theater. I wonder how many people have given this any thought. The media would be all over a 1,000 point drop. I wonder what they will call it.
