Thanks Michael for keeping everything updated and current. Your next revision will probably be tomorrow with the announcement of the new TA.

Only recommendation I might have is to link the news PR to those posted on SI as Yahoo seems to take them off line after a while...

Well done and thanks for sharing it with everyone.

Michael, more IPOsite info for your summary <g>...

ragingbull.com

IPOSITE is 57% majority owned by CVIA, 17.5% to LaSalle Street. I took a stake in it(work, funding etc etc)in it. The rest is being set aside for private investors and then the public offering. CVIA is not going to give up the majority position even if we do aq public offering.

IPOSITE is a new company and needs 2 or 3 quarters to "season up" for an audit before an IPO. So its going to be a while.

AHCD is doing fine, we have slowed down because of the reasons DJ HAY posted.

The weather is anything but boring around here I think/hope/believe CVIA will stay true to form and stay in a long term uptrend, we have a few small pull backs from time to time, but long term is what I am focused on... it sure is nice to see $5 today.
