Hi Christopher, I hear where you are coming from. All postings disregard a lot of life. If we could sit together for a few hours, we could probably go beyond these supposed differences of opinion. If the "best" were too busy, they wouldn't fit my criteria. I'm not trying to insult up and coming lawyers (are you in the field)...I am making some observations based on almost a half century of struggling through this world. I have seen the truth of my previous remarks proven over and over again; and I have seen the converse demonstrated as well. I have not bothered to check your postings. For the time being I will make the assumption that we are both speaking sincerely and without any agendas or axes to grind. Your response to me was a sensible one, and I accept that it has validity.
