Can someone tell me why Insiders control only 6% of the outstanding share? I can't say for sure, but I bet they gave a lot away to their engineers in the form of stock options. You have to give a lot of options to get engineers to stick around (but sometimes they leave and take the stock with them, they can be greedy bastards). Why the insiders didn't keep more for themselves, I can't say.
