Can someone tell me why Insiders control only 6% of the outstanding share?

I can't say for sure, but I bet they gave a lot away to their engineers in the form of stock options. You have to give a lot of options to get engineers to stick around (but sometimes they leave and take the stock with them, they can be greedy bastards). Why the insiders didn't keep more for themselves, I can't say.

A perfectly legitimate observation. Also, what the Hell gives with the GARRISH amount of cash on CUBE's balance sheet! Hey management, do something with it NOW or give it back to the deserving shareholders in the form of a stock buyback - or maybe Mr. Wick can show Alex CUBE's checkbook for him. $@#%&$%^% (God I'm PISSED OFF!). It's a no-brainer for some raider to go in there and unlock the value of this company.
