CISCO has bought their product in the past, and from what I gather would really like to get in on their latest products. This is not proof that there is a deal in the works, but its proof enough for me to have purchased a large position in this stock. Everybody do your own DD, don't let anybody talk you into buying a stock. If we all make a buck or two, thats the name of the game, and if we all loose there is nobody to blame but the person you see in the mirror. Penny stocks are a big gamble, and I for one like to roll the dice! ATM Video CODECS and Multiplexers Many enterprise customers want to deploy interactive video applications ( such as distance learning, telemedicine, on-line film editing and remote arraignment ( to eliminate transportation expenses and travel time. Cisco and its ATM Associates offer tightly integrated video-over-ATM solutions that will help organizations boost productivity and revenues. Participating vendors are AG Communication Systems, K-Net Limited, Litton-FiberCom and NUKO Information Systems, Inc. (See accompanying list of products provided by each vendor.) Cisco Announces Broadband Video Pact by Margaret Kane, PC Magazine Despite the advancements in sending video and audio through networks, clarity of transmission is still limited. That may soon change. In a deal between Cisco and another San Jose, CA-based company, Nuko Information Systems, the two reached an agreement that will expand the companies' markets in broadband video. The deal may impact businesses in areas ranging from health care to government. The ten companies that initially plan to work with Cisco to standardize Tag Switching technology include switch vendors Optical Data Systems Inc. (ODS) and Whitetree Inc.; ATM network interface card manufacturers Adaptec Inc., Efficient Networks Inc. and Olicom; network management and analysis tools vendors Net2Net Corporation, Network General Corporation and Radcom Limited; and video interconnection equipment providers AG Communication Systems and NUKO Information Systems, Inc. "Cisco welcomes participation from these industry leaders, and we encourage others to help refine and finalize the Tag Switching mechanism," said Ed Kozel, chief technical officer at Cisco Systems. "Customers will benefit from the fact that numerous vendors will have ownership in the standardization process."
