Gary,

No, not shorting here! I used IQ for several years with much success until about 6 weeks ago. Then it began going down a lot and I talked to my ISP. He was installing new trunk lines, new Cisco equipment, etc. and I saw no difference after all this was installed. My other real time programs worked fine. So I emailed IQ and got a response that someone else was having problems (UUnet, Sprintnet, etc), but that didn't help me. After no resolution from IQ, and no support, I gave up after 3 weeks of losing time, money and missing trades. I felt I could wait no longer, and switched to Qcharts from Quote.com. Oh my, the difference is astounding! I am able to get so much more information for almost the same price! No, I'm not interested in shorting the acquiring company, just getting what I pay for!

Good luck,
KS
