They have a slam dunk case of proving that they have no senses of humor. As yet, however, I have seen no case law providing that lack of a sense of humor entitles you to special damages. I certainly don't expect your attorneys to discuss confidential information on the thread. However, if they are interested in emailing me, I would be willing to share thoughts. Unlike other posters on this thread, I feel no need to hide behind an alias or conceal my email address.
