Why IDTC didn't move up today in spite of a piece of good news? "It's the spin-off, stupid!", said the street. As long as IDTC management holds off the news about the spin-off or keeps silent about the progress of the IPO, the stock price will not move up, even with the news of major deals like what was announced today. I really hope IDTC management doesn't miss a very good opportunity and therefore also make us, the share holders, too late for the party.
