Well NATO's bombed the Yugo factory, toaster factory, electrical plants, bridges; and all that real important military infrastructure stuff (not). Hmmm I thought this war was against the "Serb war machine". So far they've killed more civilians than military personel and the trend hasn't changed. Incompetence in negotiation and now incompetence in execution.
