Seth, as crazy as it sounds I do believe that even though they can't seem to sell out the latest private placement at $ 2.50, they could sell an IPO at $10-$15 with substantial trading upside to that figure.

It seems that about all you need right now is an internet-related idea and an underwriter. I find it hard to believe that we can't get an underwriter with the already established business and USAT rollout, etc. and hope we aren't haggling over giving them 6 percent or 7 percent. IMO the "internet" euphoria for IPOs is going to go the way of hula hoops soon and then its back to basic earnings ratios. Sure we would get there anyway but the golden opportunity is NOW.
