george to Russett: Your writing is so visual and comprehensive, I must admit that I have 'learned' more about this whole business from you than from any other material I have read. (This, of course, is because I am in kindergarten on the subject - and you help me a lot with the basics. Other pieces I have seen sort of assume the basics are known - so their level has been way over my head.) When I apply your info to Rick's applications and examinations, I get a feeling of almost being able to conceptualize a fair bit of the project.
