BKLYN BOYZ, when you see an MM out of the price range such as this, it can mean he's NOT dealing in the stock right now. Obviously, NOBODY in their right mind would purchase those shares from him at that price when they can get it for less than half that amount. But rather than close himself to trading it completely, he posts a bid and/or ask (possibly a price he is willing to enter the game at) so if it starts trading at that level and he's on the pot or at lunch, he'll get a fill. At least this is how I understand it to be.
