It's pretty funny, actually. I was baffled by that for days. Somebody, maybe marcos, I don't recall, figured it out for me. cOUSIN SHORTY thinks it's a real thing, so he puts it after his name on his lawyer business cards. I know Prophet is a lawyer too. I just thought Christoper's First Amendment crack was really funny.
