It will be interesting as to how the #1 champion of Clinton will respond to this. Clearly these were "Monica Missiles".

Let me make a few edits:

In an admission that [Bill Clinton's] missile attack on a factory in Sudan was a mistake, [Bill Clinton] has cleared the man who owned the plant of any links to terrorism.

The embarrassing reversal means that [Bill Clinton] has virtually no evidence to support [his] claim that [Bill Clinton's] missile attack was a strike against terrorism.

Most of those who have investigated the case have concluded that [Bill Clinton] acted on faulty intelligence and that key procedures were overriden by [Bill Clinton ].

The widespread view outside the US was that [Bill Clinton] had insufficient evidence for [his] attack.

"...and may result in the departure of some senior White House officials."

Always a good thing.

That scum actually killed a man with his Monica missiles. Dear me. How can he live with himself, and how can Americans continue to follow him?
