Lilian...I respect your insights and wit but,,,,

KRT is No MER....they are as different as apples and oranges.
Of course it would be a shocking surprise to see KRT act like MER
but, the boyz running the show at KRT have proven time and time again that the shareholders are ALWAYS NO 2!! They are NO 1.
The company KRT has kept in the past says volumes about the
class these people have. (of course not including the JV partners
they are probably the only professionals in this whole exploration
game in Falc)

The big $64,000.00 question about this PP is Why Now? This is the best run KRT has had in a long time in anticipation of positive news. All of KRT shareholders (I have been one since 1996) have been slam dunked many times by these boyz...why should this time be any different? It seems very unusual about the timing of this pp. Besides what ever happened to the PAR shares KRT received as settlement of the brilliant China fiasco? If I wanted KRT to succeed I would do a PP as a last resort after dumping the PAR shares. They have had a sizable run recently and KRT should have taken advantage by
at least letting a few shares go on the market block.. Finally,
WHY did they not wait for the price to reach a stable daily pattern
and then do a PP for the maximum amount but, to do a 50% to market seems just plain STUPID! and at the peak of KRT's price volatility
They certainly could have done better than 25cents.

Best regards tio all!!!
