Welcome aboard Tiffany, and thanks for the info. Many of us believe great things are about to happen with EBLD too! We should see some upward movement in the next few weeks. Although, I am in it for the long haul. This stock is golden!!!

Welcome aboard Tiffany. EBLD still needs to complete their audit and blue-sky registration first (which should be announced at any time). Then they need to file a Form 10 with the SEC to obtain full reporting status. Once they do that, and assuming they meet the listing criteria (which they should be able to do now that they have at least $10 million in assets from the recent financing), then they should be able to file for a larger market listing. Hard to put a date on it, since so much is dependent on auditors and the SEC to turn things around. Three to six months would be a decent guess. Gator
