Something interesting to consider is AOL's relationship with EXCITE.....!!!!!

AOL.COM and NETSCAPE's NETCENTER (now AOL's) are both run by EXCITE!

EXCITE is now part of ATHM which is part of T.

AOL and EXCITE already have working relationships. I believe the XCIT acquisition by ATHM will bring AOL in close working relationships with ATHM.

A deal is inevitable....parties working together will begin talks about synergies and ways to gather more audience. But, there will be tough negotiations since Armstrong and Case are both tough CEO's and only want the best for their companies...the key to resolve is how they decide to split the pie.

No doubt in my mind both companies will be huge but whatever deals they make now will be crucial to the top line growth of their business models in years to come...

Best to you,

Hector
