Hi Bob - you may also want to suggest the ALTERNATIVE of people sending their PERSONAL information (i.e. name, # of shares owned etc.) to TSIG.com itself instead of yourself. Although I'm certain your motives are entirely innocent and altruistic - there is no reason that I can think of that a PRIVATE shareholder (i.e. such as yourself) should be receiving such PRIVATE shareholder information. As I'm sure you already realize - support for Martin E. Frankel becoming a member of the Board Of Directors of TSIG.com would INCREASE substantially if you provided such an alternative. *INFORMATION CONCERNING MARTIN FRANKEL TO THE BOARD* This is the time for the requests to be sent in. I have about completed my fact finding and feel we will have the share count necessary to draw the attention of the existing board. We will see how they respond after they have the appointment request in hand and have time to act. I continue to ask for the thread to not have a discussion on this matter. The point will be made with the petition and a potential follow-up plan if needed. I will not be discussing this matter on the board other than possibly giving information reports. Everyone contact any other shareholder they know and ask that they respond also. It will be important to have the small shareholders reply also as the shareholder count is as important as the share count. Everyone is valuable in this type of endeavor. It will be necessary for all to respond in the requested manner. The information sent to me will be held in confidence. I will be making copies of the printed messages received and then deleting them. I will then make 4 copies and destroy the computer copy. The completed packages will then be delivered to Gordon, Henry, and Hwang. My plan is th hand deliver the packages to Gordon and Henry. Hwang's will have to be mailed. I will keep one if needed later and then destroyed if not delivered. Again the information to be received by me will be held in the strictest confidence. Stand by for the request format concerning the appointment of Martin Frankel to the Board of Directors of TSIG. Bob
