I just looked over the annual report.I see what you mean, but one thing puzzels me.At the annual meeting on May 19 / 99,One of the things on the agenda # 6 , passing a special resolution to reduce the stated capital of the common shares by an amount equal to $45,113,181.,being the corporations deficit as at Dec. 31 / 98. This will reduce the deficit to nil as of Jan. 1 /99.

Could someone please explain how this works, and how it effects the stock holders.

Just had time to dig a little .I had forgotten that this stock had reached $12.00 in Jan. 97. also that there appears to be aprox. only 19 mil sh. outstanding. The other stocks i was comparing it to have 50 mil. sh. and 120 mil. sh.
