AJ, the problem is the burn rate and available cash. They may not get to the promised land because of shortage of cash, and if the timing is not perfect, the leaky floorless may take its toll. The model of charging about 1/32 per share really needs to be tested in the market place, many of the computerized system already do order matching without the MM's. It may be a nice system but too late at this pricing structure. I really do not know enough about their system to evaluate its commercial potential. Zeev
