Lee: Just for the record also, according to my quote service, the Actual DOW close was 10971, only the theoretical was over 11K.

Just for the record, the close is the same for the Dow actual and theoretical.

The difference is with the high and low numbers.

The Dow actual high and low is determined real time intraday as it occurs.

The Dow theoretical high and low is a end of day computation of all the Dow issues highs and lows with out regard for when they occurred intraday. This was the original method.

LG

Lee and ALL,
updated SPX, TYX charts, etc. at

geocities.com

As always, feel free to comment or throw stones. FWIW, talk to you later, take care

Regards,

Frank

p.s. it's been a while since I updated the charts... I was busy with exams, and other -non-market- projects for a while

Lee:

Now that the confirmation is out of the way, the Dow Theorist can now use the indices to begin plotting the next bear market.
