Eugene, as you know I am an amzn bull but I am trying to see how they will leverage their leadership position in the other mkts. For example I just checked out drugstore.com, soma and planetrx. Imo drugstore.com is not the best in fact it appears to be the worst of the three. (Soma is good but if you have a slow modem the pages are to intensive, however at Cisco Soma is the best because you don't have to navigate to and fro). Anyway imo it was evident early on that Amzn was superior in presentation and marketing over the other inet book retailers... people assume it will be that way for every arena they enter, which may not be the case.

In the cc, they said losses will increase not only because sales will increase (they have negative margins) but also margins will be more negative. So losses will accelerate relative to revenue.
