Indeed I would because: ZAP said that its shares are tremendously undervalued thus an excellent investment. ZAP would be keeping its promise to shareholders. All shareholders. Should they change their mind then I would have expected them to renew the dividend. I hope that they are not using the dividend $ to pay for the defense of those who upon the announcement that ZAP was to be a sucessful internet company and took advantage of the huge price rise a couple of days later by selling. This abuse of the shareholders, in my opinion, should not have the abused shareholders dividend $ used to defend them.... This adds insult to injury.
