The Company's current trading symbol, IHNI, will be changed effective Thursday May 6, 1999 to PHHC and will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board. ''We are pleased that our planned name change is now operative,'' said Ron Lusk, Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Phoenix Healthcare Corporation. ''The name was chosen to reflect the Company's 'rising from the ashes' to live another cycle of life, renewed and restored.
