Dow Jones Newswires -- May 3, 1999 ZDNet To Co-Brand Net2Phone's Sevices HACKENSACK, N.J. (Dow Jones)--ZDNet (ZDZ) will co-brand IDT Corp.'s (IDTC) Net2Phone's Internet telephony services. Financial terms weren't disclosed In a joint press release Monday, the companies said ZDNet will create an Online communications center, where Net2Phone will be the preferred Internet telephony provider and integrate Net2Phone's personal computer-to-phone, phone-to-phone and unified messaging on ZDNet's Web sites. ZDNet develops and maintains the ZDNet site. IDT is a telecommunications company.
