Restricted stock. Any dilution will be offset by the increased revenues. They won't be using CASH MONEY, LOL.

Jim, SLEL, a quick look tells me this should be the bottom, MADC about to turn up,
will go MACD pos very easily on news. Huge volume a few weeks ago mean
something is due very soon re. news.
