Sorry again, but I think that Business Wire could be viewed as perhaps partially owning the content authored by you as well, in that Business Wire's trademark has been associated with the story. Even though the release was pulled, this didn't guarantee that their trademark wouldn't take on nine lives through all the various media magic, and cut and paste "sharing" that takes place on the internet highway. So truthfully, this goes beyond the rationalization of "historical record." Business Wire could conceivably have this little "joke" haunt them for a long, long time.
