<I really don't care what TK may or may not have done with other companies>

Barrie, that is probably the most frightening statement I have ever read from a company spokesman. You seriously do not care about their past?
Perhaps Florida State will give you a reduced tuition so you can attend a few of their history classes....learn from the mistakes of others....do not let history repeat itself.
Still long....but with statements like yours, I don't know why anymore.
Going to get a hoagie and a candy bar....breakfast of champions.

Looks like TK are working hard to change their image. They are expanding to BC and have hired some top guns to run the show there. I agree this fiancing is so-so. We are in the mother of all bubbles for this net craze and the bulls are charging ahead.

To find fiancing like this is nothing special. What I do find strange, is a point Phantom said, why didn;t TK take any equity. Does a company like TK think JAWZ is too high risk.

The again, looks like JAWZ is looking for line of credit and since they have no intention(so were told) of using all these funds all at once, this will give them time to find a proper investor and not a the bookie which is what we have here.

Jawz needs soembody to work with them, an investor, not a glamourized loan shark with CIPF credentials
