Chirodoc, This all sounds encouraging for XNET as well as glass fiber companies like GCHC. The rates they quote for Internet access sound much higher than those previously quoted. Was about $35 for full dialup service & now lower with the rates put in effect by MPT. If we believe the #'s from the article that would mean 20,000 subscribers should generate $28,800,000 in revenues not to mention those generated from the other "Value added services", e-commerce, & Internet flea market activities. At any rate it all bodes well for XNET. China is still projected to have the fastest growing GDP in the world (9%) ahead of 5th place US at 6.1%. Frank
