From the April 27 PR This transaction involves the issuance of approximately 2,350,000 shares of Corsaire, Inc. common stock, which represents 21% of the company's outstanding shares. In addition, stockholders of Satellite Access Systems will be entitled to receive options for an additional 1,568,000 shares subject to attaining certain revenue goals. this would seem to me to indicate a minimum of almost 14,000,000 shares out which makes the valuation even more absurd.
