WaveRider To Acquire TTI Wireless

TORONTO, ONTARIO--

- Agreement strengthens WaveRider's product portfolio and position in the US marketplace -

WaveRider Communications Inc. (OTC BB: WAVC - news), a leading global provider of wireless Internet products, announced it has entered into a letter of intent
to acquire TTI Wireless of Cleveland, Ohio. TTI is a leader in the design and manufacture of wireless radio frequency communications systems, offering wireless
data, bridging and LAN connectivity systems in both licensed and unlicensed frequencies.

With some of the fastest data throughput speeds in the marketplace for wireless bridge products ranging from 2 to 11 Mbps, the acquisition of TTI gives WaveRider

today's trades look just like yesterday.
almost all of the 1000s+ trades are buys at the ask or better.
no super buys or sells.
very low volume.
we seem to have plenty of buyers for 1000-5000s blocks.
the only difference i see is today we have fewer and fewer small guys selling.
