Sybil == Raving Psycho

I don't know what that guy is, short or nuts, but he should be removed from YAHOO permanently. I have complained to YAHOO and so have many others, yet they do nothing about it. I told them to compare the dialog before Attycpa got to the board with the dialog after he came to decide if he had destroyed the board. I can't believe the won't do anything.

Bruce,

I'm very much of that belief. I went through a large portion of the SEPR thread, and the timing of sybil is interesting. Sybil appeared the day before Southwell "supported" the Morgan Stanley estimates. To a short, CNBC appearances (the CNBC kiss of death) and this type of action are signals. It also looks like Sybil uses TA, yes TA, to time the attack ferocity, to those days where SEPR was technically fragile. I'm sure that any examination of sybil's trading activity (or of whomever is paying sybil), will show associated short trading activity.

Its a massive scam by any other name, but I'm not sure there is any body of law that has actually been violated.
