Volume observations

Going back 3 months, I noticed interesting volume comparisons for UNPH.

Volume with an up close was only higher (compared to Monday's volume) on Feb 9, 10, 11, 19, 22, and April 20th.

The uptick on those 6 dates was + $1.50, $3, $5, $2, $7.25, and $1.

The move on 2/22 was very dramatic on 1.81 MM shares and I believe we have set the base for a nice uptick in the next week or two since closing at $129 on April 5th. Soon we'll move past the old $136 high.

<Assuming that each firm is valued the same, clearly UNPH shareholders are getting the great end of the deal as JDS has ramped up revenues since January.>

UNPH shareholders are paying 2 billion in goodwill for those shares of JDS....not exactly a steal.
