Hars Systems links 250th Web site through WebLink Hars Systems Inc HSS Shares issued 14,088,126 May 3 close $1.06 Tue 4 May 99 News Release Mr. Kelly Blake reports Hars Systems, through its wholly owned subsidiary, VIP International Corp., linked its 250th client Web site to its booking engine this week. Through a product called WebLink, VIP provides client hotels with an ability to receive interactive bookings through the Internet by linking the client's Web site to VIP's booking engine. The product has been operational for more than one year and is linking more than five additional sites each week. Bookings through the WebLink product have equaled the number of reservations produced by all other Internet channels on a monthly basis as of this date. VIP provides Internet and GDS electronic distribution and marketing services to more than 1,600 total properties and 1,300 car rental locations in 65 countries. The company has been serving the travel industry since 1979.

Osprey After seeing the DD you can understand why I though this company was a good deal at .42-.48. In my opinion it is going to have a little trouble holding these new levels until they get some more exposure. I am now holding free shares so I can wait until August-September when they open there own travel site and put out releases about links to additional travel sites. Unlike a lot of the internet high flyers out there HSS looks to have a good business plan and could do very well in the future. Best Regards KEITH
