Frank, You have any comment on Digital-Must Carry. Digital-Must Carry is a pending Federal Communication Commission regulation that would require cable systems to provide digital signals from over the air broadcasters. A study done by Cahners In-Stat Group www.instat.com, indicates that cable TV systems will not have enough capacity to handle local phone service if they are forced to carry the additional digital signals from Digital-Must Carry.

Your characterization was accurate. My contribution was not so accurate. It was the DoD that first had to decide to oppose or not oppose the Boeing/McD deal. Then the FCC had to do the same, as you can see from the well documented reply to my posting.
