That's ridiculous. The only persons who were underhanded were those in control of the Naxos Board. They agreed to a certain slate of directors and then backed off for some reason (guess lack of trust of Bob Gardner). Had they not done that, the AGM would have turned out much differently. As for the votes, I don't know the legality of management's position. However, if the vote proceeded with all the proxies allowed to vote, it was obvious those in control of the company would be gone. As things currently stand, who knows how long Naxos can and will stay afloat. Hope you are happy.
