I think it is just an update. Things have been agreed to but there is some final approvals to be voted on by the Directors it seems and regulatory aproval. It is as close as you can get to done without saying its a done deal.

Watch for PHV-T, SBX-T, GFX-A today, all gapping up all have volume power spike potential. Also with the positive press for MWW-T, it could be a day trade.
