Why would one of the largest companies (Microsoft) in the world use a little company like RRRR to develop their e-commerce site????

And how much revenue did RRRR generate from this project ? You can gauge the extent of their involvement by the revenue. Sending one employee to work as a consultant for MSFT will enable them to add MSFT to their client list. It will however mean nothing to the topline.

Regards.
Rajiv

<<To buy the story you need to have a vision. >>

Vision, perseverance, and unbounded belief in a story are traits highly prized in an entrepreneur. Alas, they are often the death of a stock picker.

<<Talk to us in a couple years and you will see that RRRR was a bargain at this price and that we will be very excited and rewarded that we believed! >>

Again, this kind of rhetoric of getting "rewarded" for your beliefs is a call of the siren, IMO.

To buy the Future Story you need execution capability - A year ago ICGN Shareholders had 0 resources and leadership to play in the Internet Space. Today, RRRR shareholders have a 250+ and growing Internet work-force with strong and proven Internet Leadership capability. RRRR has shown and executed successful Internet acquisitions, winning Key Internet customers and the development of Internet Technologies around the Microsoft architecture.
These are very important set of capabilities as it extends itself into a new and very exciting business model using $75 Million from Apollo.

There are a few different capabilities and directions RRRR is headed versus CMGI. I see RRRR continue to develop it's core capabilities around Microsoft Internet Technologies and continue to extract a rapidly growing and improvement revenue and profit streams. Especially in the next 4 quarters. RRRR Management will combine Financial assets from Apollo with it's Internet technology capabilities and be able to generate new Internet Businesses quicker with improved time to market and removing some of the risk associated with Internet start-ups -- The Start-ups will be LEVERAGING RRRR's Internet knowledge, experience and leadership and will be able to focus on the market and the customer instead of also building out the IT infrastructure and Internet technologies.

RRRR seems to have a Good Internet Vision, great business model, improving capability (both Technical & Financial) and strong and proven leadership. It's all a matter of execution - Picking the right set of startups to invest funds and technologies.

As a previous ICGN and current RRRR shareholder (Buying from 6 to 2), I like the future, current prices and volumes associated with this possible long term Internet winner -- I plan to stay around a few quarters or so and harvest a goose egg that has maybe given birth to an Internet Golden Egg laying machine.
