Hi Scott, Hmmmmmmm. No one was working on patents in 1998. Got to think that date is wrong or some bureaucratic problem. Lockton was battling the board in 1998 over the lawsuit and was the only corporate employee. And---if there was a patentable development, I'd be relatively certain it would have been only in his name and not INNN's. I just don't know how a truly new patent could have been issued last year.
