M. According to some new guidelines set up by NASDAQ, if specific minimum guidelines are not met, the company will loose it's SEC standing... or something like that. I forget the details and can't find the references to it. Probably at home somewhere.

Hopefully someone on this thread is a lot more organized than I am and can add to this. But at 2 cents, MAMH ain't gonna meet the requirements and will be pushed back to the pink sheets.

They are evaluating these companies in alphabetical order and are supposed to be completed by the end of the year or early into 2000. I'm probably way off on some of these assumptions, but the basic premise is true.

Will call the wife and see if she can find the references in one of the folders, and will see if I can find it here. If I can get something a whole lot more factual, I'll be back.
