Chicken Man, I had a long talk with my brother last night RE: WN3 case. He brought up some good news, bad news, things like lawyers do. I rather doubt it. Cindy doesn't deal in "evidence". She proceeds from personal animus and deals in what she "knows in her heart" and, basically, what she wishes were true instead of what actually is.
