What capitulation are you babbling about?? Milosevic has successfully cleansed Kosovo, he didn't lose a single army division, the only damages so far have been inflicted to military, propaganda (like the TV tower in Belgrade), and communication facilities (highways, railroads, runways, and the like). And that's it! Milosevic's domestic image is not tarnished: he is still the ''Balkan hero'' who repelled the evil Yankee Imperialism. Milosevic has won the Balkan War--Period.

Now, if the U.S. and their double-dealing European allies play it low-key and show their goodwill to Milosevic, then, maybe, he will allow them to escort those cuckold Albanians on their way back to their wrecked villages... Home sweet home!

They're back to the positions they held at Le Rambullez. Neither side has moved much except the Albanian resistance moved back to Albania and Macedonia. Before launching the NATO offensives, they should've made provisions for the refugee flow. It should've been expected from the recent civil wars in Africa.
