Yes, I usually make a note of the disclaimer it when I post their reports.

I thought FWIW, would cover it. It's a decent source of information gleaned from the perspective of Lehman's customer/client base.

What would have happened if an investor held off on making an investment in QWST based on Lehman's self interest over the years?
Lehman has a similar stake like TUTS and routinely issues reports on QWST.

So was it in investors' best interest to dismiss Lehman's research
based on what was disclaimed or was it better to use said information to make intelligent/informed decisions?

What type of Wall St. research(sell side) does not carry this type of boilerplate disclaimer?
