In the case of my area, according to the cable guy, the network maintenance is contracted out to a third party, who is forever tinkering with the network (bringing it offline) without informing @home or the cable company...

I see EMC is blowing up as we were forecasting back in Feb.

I think it has seen it's inflection point from a mkt outperformer to a
mkt underperformer

I sent this note of caution on april 8th the day of emc's top at just over 134
