Baldy, you said, "If he's going to have "10 to 15" people working for him, he'd better get several customers." One thing I can't get a handle on is how many people are required to do this kind of work. Someone told me that 1 person could easily "maintain" 10-15 web sites. We didn't specify whether this referred to storefront e-commerce web sites or web sites with much less functionality. How much of it is "custom work?" Can you resell the same site time after time?
